成渝双城经济圈城市化特点对大气污染扩散条件的影响

摘　　要：成渝双城经济圈在复杂大地形和独特盆地气象条件等影响下,一直是中国雾霾频发地之一。为探究成渝双城经济圈局地大气污染扩散气象条件的变化,针对成渝地区独特地形特点,根据地理分布与城市规模选取了成渝双城经济圈7个代表城市,分析了近21年来成渝双城经济圈的城市发展过程中大气污染扩散条件变化特征。结果表明:成渝双城经济圈城市化发展水平逐年增加,区域发展不均衡,表现为成都和重庆的城镇化率高于全国平均水平,成都平原经济区增幅较小,重庆、川东北经济区及川南经济区增幅较大,且2010年城市化发展明显放缓;2000-2018年成渝双城经济圈的空气质量逐年转好,西北部PM2.5降幅明显高于东南部;成渝双城经济圈的污染扩散能力时空差异明显,盆地边缘城市污染扩散能力优于盆地中心城市,土地城市化率低的城市好于土地城市化率高的城市,2010年之后,宜宾和南充污染扩散能力有比较明显的增强。Under the influence of complex terrain and unique basin meteorological conditions,Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle has always been one of the places with frequent smog in China.In order to explore the change of local atmospheric pollution diffusion meteorological conditions in Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle,according to the unique topographic characteristics of Chengdu-Chongqing area,this paper selects seven representative cities in Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle according to geographical distribution and city scale,and analyzes the change characteristics of atmospheric pollution diffusion conditions in the urban development process of Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle in recent 21 years.The results show that:the urbanization development level of Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle increases year by year,andthe regional development is uneven.The urbanization rate of Chengdu and Chongqing is higher than that of the national average.The growth rate of Chengdu Plain Economic Zone is small,while that of Chongqing,Northeast Sichuan Economic Zone and South Sichuan Economic Zone is large,and the urbanization development slowed down significantly in 2010.From 2000 to 2018,the air quality of Chengdu Chongqing Double City Economic Circle improved year by year,and the decline situation of PM2.5 in the northwest was significantly higher than that in the southeast.There are obvious temporal and spatial differences in the pollution diffusion capacity of Chengdu Chongqing Double City Economic Circle.The pollution diffusion capacity of the cities on the edge of the basin is better than that of the central cities of the basin,and the cities with low land urbanization rate are better than those with high land urbanization rate;After 2010,the pollution diffusion capacity of Yibin and Nanchong has been significantly enhanced.
