摘  要:为分析2017年9月8日克拉玛依市新疆油田某天然气处理站工业污水排气筒雷击起火事故原因,通过雷灾事故现场情况调查,结合气象数据资料,确定此次事件是由一次负极性地闪的首次回击导致,闪电发生时间是2017年9月8日07时55分41.48817秒,电流强度-37.3 kA,电流陡度-8.8 kA/μs。闪电击中排气筒旁边的树,因排气筒和金属围栏都未接地,由静电感应和电磁感应导致排气筒和金属围栏出现火花放电,引燃了排气筒排出的可燃性气体。针对存在的问题,提出了相应的防范措施。构建简化的仿真模型,评估了雷击瞬间人接触金属围栏门时,通过人体的瞬态电流及其可能产生的危害影响。In order to analyze the cause of lightning stroke fire accident of industrial sewage exhaust funnel of a natural gas treatment station in Xinjiang Oilfield,Karamay City on September 8,2017.Through the investigation of the scene of the thunder disaster accident and combined with the meteorological data,it can be determined that the event was caused by the first return stroke of a negative ground lightning.The lightning occurred at 07:55:41.48817 on September 8,2017,with current intensity of-37.3 kA and current steepness of-8.8 kA/μs.The lightning strikes the tree beside the exhaust cylinder,because the exhaust cylinder and metal fence are not grounded.The electrostatic discharge and electromagnetic induction lead to spark discharge of the exhaust cylinder and metal fence,and ignite the flammable gas discharged from the exhaust cylinder.In view of the existing problems,the corresponding preventive measures are put forward.A simplified simulation model is constructed to evaluate the transient current passing through the human body and its possible harmful effects when people touch the metal fence door at the moment of lightning strike.
