鼻渊汤辨证加减治疗慢性鼻-鼻窦炎的药学药理分析

摘　　要：目的分析鼻渊汤辨证加减治疗慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者的药学药理情况。方法于我院耳鼻喉科诊治的慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者中遴选符合研究要求的78例患者为探究对象,研究开展至完成日期为2018年5月-2020年5月,全部患者诊疗资料均完整保存且采取随机综合平衡法分组,组别包括研究组(39例)、对照组(39例)。对照组应用阿莫西林治疗,研究组应用鼻渊汤辨证加减治疗,完成研究后比较各组治疗效果、临床症状积分、血清指标及不良反应情况。结果研究组治疗总有效率高达97.44%,明显较对照组高(84.62%),P<0.05;研究组面颊疼痛、头痛、流鼻涕、鼻塞症状积分均明显较对照组低,P<0.05;研究组TIgE、ECP水平均明显低于对照组,P<0.05;研究组不良反应发生率仅为5.13%,显著低于对照组,P<0.05。结论予以慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者鼻渊汤辨证加减治疗具有理想效果,可提高疗效,改善TIgE、ECP水平,同时还可促进疾病症状消失,且安全性较高,存在临床推广价值。Objective To analyze the pharmacology and pharmacology of Biyuan Decoction in patients with chronic rhinosinusitis treated by syndrome differentiation.Methods A total of 78 patients with chronic rhinosinusitis diagnosed and treated in our hospital’s otolaryngology department were selected as the research objects.The research was carried out to the completion date from May 2018 to May 2020,and all patients’diagnosis and treatment data were completely preserved.And the random comprehensive balance method was used to group them,and the groups included the study group(39 cases)and the control group(39 cases).The control group was treated with amoxicillin,and the study group was treated with Biyuan Decoction based on syndrome differentiation.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was as high as 97.44%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(84.62%),P<0.05;the symptom scores of cheek pain,headache,runny nose,and nasal congestion in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,P<0.05;The levels of TIgE and ECP in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,P<0.05;the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was only 5.13%,which was significant for the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Biyuan decoction for the treatment of patients with chronic rhinosinusitis according to syndrome differentiation has an ideal effect,which can improve the curative effect,improve the levels of TIgE and ECP,and at the same time promote the disappearance of disease symptoms,with high safety and clinical value.
