声带息肉摘除术中实施瑞芬太尼复合丙泊酚麻醉价值评价

摘　　要：目的探讨分析声带息肉摘除术中采取瑞芬太尼复合丙泊酚麻醉的临床价值。方法选择本院于2019年6月-2020年5月接受声带息肉摘除术治疗的60例患者作为研究对象,选用方便抽样法为分组原则将所选患者划分为两组,分别命名为对照组和观察组,对照组应用舒芬太尼联合丙泊酚麻醉,观察组则应用瑞芬太尼复合丙泊酚麻醉,对比两组患者麻醉效果,评估指标包含临床指标、疼痛评分以及不良反应发生率。结果和对照组进行比较,观察组自主呼吸时间、唤醒时间、拔管时间以及定向力恢复时间均较短P<0.05;术前,对照组、观察组疼痛评分对比无统计学差异P>0.05,术后各时间段,观察组疼痛评分低于对照组P<0.05;两组患者不良反应发生率对比无统计学差异,所得结果为P>0.05。结论于声带息肉摘除术中应用瑞芬太尼复合丙泊酚麻醉具有理想效果,可确保血流动力学稳定,具有较高的安全性以及可行性,值得借鉴和推广。Objective To explore and analyze the clinical value of remifentanil combined with propofol anesthesia during vocal cord polyp extraction.Methods Sixty patients who underwent vocal cord polypectomy in our hospital from June 2019 to May 2020 were selected as the research objects,and the convenient sampling method was used as the grouping principle to divide the selected patients into two groups and named them as the control group.In the observation group,the control group was anesthetized with sufentanil combined with propofol,and the observation group was anesthetized with remifentanil combined with propofol.The anesthesia effects of the two groups were compared.The evaluation indicators include clinical indicators,pain scores,and adverse reactions.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group has shorter spontaneous breathing time,wakeup time,extubation time and orientation recovery time P<0.05;before surgery,there is no significant difference in pain scores between the control group and the observation group P>0.05,The pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group at each postoperative period,P<0.05;there was no statistical difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups of patients,and the result was P>0.05.Conclusion The application of remifentanil combined with propofol anesthesia in vocal cord polypectomy has an ideal effect,can ensure hemodynamic stability,has high safety and feasibility,and is worthy of reference and promotion.
