盐酸氮卓斯汀鼻用喷雾剂治疗变应性鼻炎的康复状况

摘　　要：目的本文通过比较常规糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂+氯雷他定治疗、常规联合盐酸氮卓斯汀鼻用喷雾剂治疗两种治疗方案应用后对患者炎性因子及安全性的影响,来探讨盐酸氮卓斯汀鼻用喷雾剂的实际应用效果。方法72例样本均选自2021.1——2022.1之间,均为我院收录的变应性鼻炎患者,随机性将这72例样本划分为两个组别,并给予不同的临床治疗方案,分别为对照组(36例,行常规治疗)、观察组(36例,于常规治疗上加以盐酸氮卓斯汀鼻用喷雾剂进行治疗)。比较两组应用效果。结果观察组患者治疗效果更优,组间相较P<0.05。两组治疗前组间各项炎性因子水平相较P>0.05;治疗后均有显著改善,且观察组各项指标更优,组间相较P<0.05。两组患者不良反应发生率组间相较P>0.05。结论常规治疗基础上给予变应性鼻炎患者盐酸氮卓斯汀鼻用喷雾剂进行治疗,其治疗效果较好,具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective This article compared the effects of conventional mometasone furoate nasal spray+loratadine treatment and conventional combined with azelastine hydrochloride nasal spray treatment on inflammatory factors and safety in patients.To explore the actual application effect of azelastine hydrochloride nasal spray.Methods All 72 samples were selected from 2021.1 to 2022.1,all patients with strained rhinitis included in our hospital.The 72 samples were randomly divided into two groups and given different clinical treatment plans,respectively:The control group(36 cases,received routine treatment)and the observation group(36 cases,treated with azelastine hydrochloride nasal spray in addition to the conventional treatment).Compare the effects of the two groups.Results The treatment effect of the observation group was better,the comparison between the groups was P<0.05.The levels of various inflammatory factors between the two groups before treatment were significantly improved after treatment,and the indicators in the observation group were better,and the comparison between the two groups was P<0.05.The incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was compared between the two groups,P>0.05.Conclusion On the basis of conventional treatment,azelastine hydrochloride nasal spray is given to patients with strain rhinitis,and its therapeutic effect is good,and it has high clinical application value.
