摘　　要：目的探讨倍他司汀联合银杏叶提取物对突发性耳聋患者临床效果和血液流变学指标的影响。方法选取2021年07月至2022年07月我院收治的52例突发性耳聋患者,随机分为参照组和观察组,各26例。参照组给予倍他司汀治疗,观察组在参照组的基础上联合银杏叶提取物治疗,比较两组患者血液流变学指标、听阈情况、临床效果和不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,观察组患者血小板聚集率和血浆黏度均低于参照组(P<0.05),观察组患者听阈低于参照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者临床总有效率96.15%高于参照组69.23%(P<0.05),两组患者不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论突发性耳聋患者给予倍他司汀联合银杏叶提取物治疗,能够改善血液流变学指标,改善听阈情况,提高临床疗效,安全性高。Objective To investigate the effect of betahistine combined with ginkgo biloba extract on clinical efficacy and hemorheology in patients with sudden deafness.Methods 52 patients with sudden deafness admitted to our hospital from July 2021 to July 2022 were selected and randomly divided into the reference group and the observation group,26 patients in each group.The reference group was treated with betahistine,and the observation group was treated with ginkgo biloba extract on the basis of the reference group.The hemorheology indexes,hearing threshold,clinical effect and adverse reaction rate of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the platelet aggregation rate and plasma viscosity of patients in the observation group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05),and the hearing threshold of patients in the observation group was lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate in the observation group was 96.15%higher than that in the reference group 69.23%(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Betahistine combined with ginkgo biloba extract can improve hemorheology,hearing threshold,clinical efficacy and safety in patients with sudden deafness.
