全病程管理模式对变应性鼻炎免疫治疗患者依从性的改善分析

摘　　要：目的分析变应性鼻炎患者免疫治疗中采用全病程管理模式的价值。方法筛选2020年1月~2021年10月入本院治疗的变应性鼻炎患者80例作为研究对象,并按“随机抽样法”分2组(每组40例),对照组采用常规宣教,观察组采用全病程管理模式,对比2组治疗依从性、自我效能、临床症状积分、生活质量。结果观察组治疗依从性高于对照组(χ^(2)为4.114,P<0.05);观察组自我效能高于对照组(P均<0.05);观察组临床症状积分低于对照组(P均<0.05);观察组生活质量高于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论变应性鼻炎免疫治疗中实施全病程管理模式可提高患者治疗依从性及自我效能,亦可改善其临床症状,减少疾病对患者生活质量的影响,值得借鉴。Objective To analyze the value of adopting the whole course management mode in the immunotherapy of patients with allergic rhinitis.Methods A total of 80 patients with allergic rhinitis who were admitted to our hospital for treatment from January 2020 to October 2021 were selected as the research objects,and divided into 2 groups(40 cases in each group)according to the“random sampling method”,and the control group received routine education.,the observation group adopted the whole course management mode,and compared the treatment compliance,self-efficacy,clinical symptom scores,and quality of life between the two groups.Results The treatment compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(χ^(2)was 4.114,P<0.05);the self-efficacy of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(all P<0.05);the clinical symptom scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(all P<0.05);the quality of life in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing the whole course management model in allergic rhinitis immunotherapy can improve patients’treatment compliance and self-efficacy,improve their clinical symptoms,and reduce the impact of the disease on patients’quality of life,which is worthy of reference.
