复合酸化剂对商品肉兔生长性能、屠宰性能及病死率的影响

摘　　要：试验在饲粮中添加不同剂量的复合酸化制剂,研究对商品肉兔生长性能、屠宰性能及病死率的影响。选取健康的35日龄断奶伊普吕商品肉兔255只,按照体重和性别随机分为5组,每组51个重复,每个重复1只兔。试验设空白对照组(饲喂基础饲粮+微量元素+维生素)和抗生素对照组(饲喂基础饲粮+恩拉霉素+金霉素),试验1组、试验2组、试验3组分别在基础饲粮基础上饲喂添加低剂量、中剂量、高剂量复合酸化剂(二甲酸钾+三丁酸甘油酯+植物精油)的试验饲粮。预试期5 d,正试期35 d。结果表明:3个试验组的试验末重均比2个对照组高,其中试验3组试验末重与空白对照组差异极显著(P<0.01),试验1组和试验2组与空白对照组差异显著(P<0.05);3个试验组的日增重均比2个对照组高,其中试验3组日增重与空白对照组差异极显著(P<0.01),试验1组与空白对照组差异显著(P<0.05);日均采食量3个试验组均比对照组高,与空白对照组差异极显著(P<0.01),与抗生素对照组差异不显著(P>0.05),空白对照组与抗生素对照组差异显著(P<0.05);各试验组料重比与抗生素对照组差异不显著(P>0.05);各试验组与对照组之间半净膛率、全净膛率、后腿率、背腰最长肌率差异不显著(P>0.05);试验各组随着复合酸化剂剂量的增加,试验兔死亡率均呈现下降的趋势,其中以试验3组最低,较空白对照组低。试验各项指标表明:试验3组效果最好,商品肉兔饲粮中适宜添加量为高剂量复合酸化剂。Different dosages of compound acidification preparation were added into diets to study the effects of growth performance,slaughter performance and mortality of commercial meat rabbits.A total of 255 healthy 35-day-old weaned Ipru commercial meat rabbits were randomly divided into 5 groups with 51 replicates per group and 1 rabbit per replicate according to body weight and sex.Blank control group(feeding a basal diet+trace elements+vitamins)and antibiotic control group(feeding a basal diet+emlamycin+aureomycin)were set.The hens in test groups 1,2 and 3 were fed the experimental diets supplemented with low dose,medium dose and high dose compound acidifier(potassium dicarboxylate+TRT+plant essential oil)on the basis of the basal diet,respectively.The pretest lasted for 5 days,and the experimental period lasted for 35 days.The results showed as follows:the final weight of the three test groups was higher than that of the two control groups.The final weight of the three test groups was significantly different from that of the blank control group(P<0.01),and the final weight of the three test groups was significantly different from that of the blank control group(P<0.05).The daily gain of the three test groups was higher than that of the two control groups,the daily gain of test group 3 was significantly different from that of blank control group(P<0.01),and the daily gain of test group 1 was significantly different from that of blank control group(P<0.05).The average daily feed intake of the three experimental groups was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was extremely significant with blank control group(P<0.01),no significant difference with antibiotic control group(P>0.05),and the difference between blank control group and antibiotic control group was significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in feed/gain between experimental groups and antibiotic control group(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in half evisceration rate,evisceration rate,hind leg rate and longissimus
