摘 要:目的构建幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染住院学龄期儿童营养管理方案,并评价其应用效果。方法选取2021年4—9月在河南省人民医院就诊的76例Hp感染住院的学龄期儿童作为研究对象,2021年4—6月收治的38例患儿纳入对照组,2021年7—9月收治的38例患儿纳入试验组。对照组接受常规护理,试验组接受Hp感染住院儿童营养管理方案。比较干预前、干预后1个月、干预后3个月两组学龄期儿童日常饮食提供者膳食素养问卷和荷兰儿童饮食行为量表得分。结果两组干预后1、3个月的儿童饮食行为得分和学龄期儿童日常饮食提供者膳食素养得分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论Hp感染住院儿童营养管理方案的应用可帮助患儿建立正确的饮食行为习惯,提高患儿主要照顾者的膳食素养水平,强化儿童营养健康的支持性环境,促进我国学龄期儿童的健康成长。Objective To construct a nutrition management program for hospitalized school-age children with Helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection,and evaluate its application effect.Methods A total of 76 hospitalized school-age children with Hp infection who were treated in Henan Provincial People’s Hospital from April to September 2021 were selected as the research objects,and 38 patients who were admitted from April to June 2021 were included in the control group,38 patients admitted to the experimental group from July to September 2021.The control group was given routine care,and the experimental group was given the nutrition management program of nutritional support for hospitalized children with Hp infection.The scores of dietary literacy of daily dietary providers and the dutch children’s eating behavior scale between two groups of school-age children were compared before intervention,1 month after intervention,and 3 months after intervention.Results There were differences in the children’s eating behavior scale scores and the dietary literacy scores of school-age children’s daily diet providers at the time of 1 month and 3 months after intervention between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion The application of nutrition management program for hospitalized children with Hp infection can help children establish correct eating habits,improve the dietary literacy level of their caregivers,strengthen a supportive environment for children’s nutrition and health,and promote the healthy growth of school-age children in my country.
