摘　　要：目的通过分析门诊挂号方式现状,比较3种挂号方式近年来的变化趋势,以期找出规律及可能的影响因素。方法收集河南省人民医院2017年1月至2022年12月窗口挂号、网络预约挂号、自助机挂号3种挂号方式的挂号数据情况,对数据进行比较分析。结果从2017—2022年,窗口与自助机挂号平均每月挂号人次均呈下降趋势,网络预约挂号呈逐年递增趋势,但是窗口挂号仍是患者首选,多于网络与自助机挂号人数,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医院应进一步发展网络预约挂号方式,完善网络预约挂号系统平台,充分发挥网络预约挂号潜力优势,同时进一步优化自助机管理,改善门诊就诊秩序,满足患者就医需求,提升患者就医体验,进而提升门诊服务品质及管理效能。Objective By analyzing the present situation of outpatient registration methods and comparing the changing trends of three registration methods in recent years,to find out the rules and possible influencing factors.Methods The registration data of Henan Provincial People’s Hospital from January 2017 to December 2022 were collected,and the data were compared and analyzed.Results The number of registered patients in both window and self-service machines showed a downward trend from 2017 to 2022,while the number of registered patients in network showed an increasing trend.However,window registration was still the first choice for patients,more than the number of registered patients in network and self-service machines,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Hospitals should further develop the way of network appointment registration,improve the platform of network appointment registration system,give full play to the potential advantages of network appointment registration,and further optimize the self-service machine management,improve the order of outpatient visits,meet the needs of patients,enhance the experience of patients,and then improve the quality of outpatient services and management efficiency.
