基于循证医学的分级管理模式在口腔种植修复患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨基于循证医学的分级管理模式在口腔种植修复患者中的应用效果。方法本研究为前瞻性分析,选取郑州大学第一附属医院2020年5月至2022年5月收治的90例口腔种植修复患者,根据随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,各45例。对照组接受常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上实施基于循证医学的分级管理模式。干预后两组患者均随访3个月,比较两组患者干预后1个月的修复成功率、修复成功患者干预后3个月的修复效果(美学、功能及生物学指标)、满意度,并比较随访期间两组并发症发生率。结果干预后1个月,观察组修复成功率高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后3个月,观察组美学、功能及生物学指标评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于循证医学的分级管理模式可以提高口腔种植修复患者修复效果及成功率,减少并发症的发生,且患者满意度更高。Objective To explore the application effect of hierarchical management model based on evidence-based medicine in patients with oral implant repair.Methods This study was a prospective analysis.A total of 90 patients with oral implant repair who were admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from May 2020 to May 2022 were selected,and the patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the method of random number table,with 45 patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group implemented hierarchical management model based on evidence-based medicine on the basis of the control group.After the intervention,the patients in both groups were followed up for 3 months.The repair success rate,repair effect(aesthetic,functional and biological indicators)and satisfaction of the patients in the two groups were compared one month after the intervention,and the complication rate of the two groups during the follow-up period was compared.Results One month after the intervention,the repair success rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Three months after intervention,the scores of aesthetic,functional and biological indicators in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Hierarchical management model based on evidence-based medicine can improve the repair effect and success rate of patients with oral implant repair,reduce the occurrence of complications,and patients’satisfaction is higher.
