摘　　要：认知功能波动性越来越受到国外学者的重视。基于生态瞬时评估法的动态评估能够捕捉到认知功能的细微变化,为认知障碍人群的早期识别和适时干预提供更全面信息,是传统认知评估的有效补充工具。本文从生态瞬时评估法的概念、在认知评估中的优势、可行性和有效性以及在老年认知功能评估中的应用现状等进行综述,以期为制定符合我国国情的老年认知的生态学评估提供参考。The dynamic changes of cognitive function has been paid more and more attention by foreign scholars.Dynamic assessment based on ecological momentary assessment(EMA)can capture subtle changes in cognitive function and provide more comprehensive information for early identification and timely intervention of people with cognitive impairment,which is an effective supplement to traditional cognitive assessment.This paper reviewed the concept of ecological momentary assessment,its advantages in cognitive assessment,its feasibility and effectiveness,and its application status in the evaluation of cognitive function in the elderly,so as to provide a reference for making ecological assessment of the cognitive function for older adults that is in line with China's national conditions.
