摘　　要：竹叶提取物富含黄酮类、多糖类、氨基酸和多酚等多种天然活性物质,在抗菌消炎、抗氧化、抗病毒、调节血脂及增强免疫等方面发挥重要作用。目前竹叶提取物作为饲料添加剂,在动物生产中应用广泛,能够提升动物生产性能、增强免疫力以及防治动物疾病等。文章论述竹叶提取物的生物学功能,总结竹叶提取物在动物生产中的应用,为加强竹叶提取物在动物生产中的应用提供参考。Bamboo leaves extract is rich in flavonoids,polysaccharides,amino acids,polyphenols and other natural active substances,which plays an important role in antibacterial and anti-inflammatory,antioxidant,antiviral,blood lipid regulation and immune enhancement.At present,bamboo leaf extract,as a feed additive,is widely used in animal production,whcih can improve animal production,enhance immune function and prevent and control of animal diseases.The paper discusses the biological function of bamboo leaf extract,summarizes its application in animal production,to provide reference for strengthening its application in animal production.
