红景天的有效成分及其在动物生产中的应用研究进展

摘　　要：红景天含有红景天苷、多糖、黄酮化合物等药理活性成分,具有抗炎、抗氧化、降血糖、提高免疫和抗缺氧等生物学功能。在畜禽健康养殖中,红景天作为一种天然可饲用植物能够提升动物生产性能、改善肉品质,增强机体的抵抗力以及降低动物发病率。文章综述红景天的有效成分、生物学功能及其在动物生产中应用,旨在为药红景天在畜禽健康养殖的应用提供参考。Rhodiola contains salidroside,polysaccharide,flavonoids and other pharmacological active ingredients,and has biological functions such as anti-inflammatory,antioxidant,hypoglycemic,improving immunity and anti hypoxia.In the healthy breeding of livestock and poultry,it can be used as a natural feedable plant,which can improve the production performance of animals,improve meat quality,enhance the resistance of the body and reduce the incidence rate of animals.The article reviews the effective ingredients,biological functions and application in animal production of Rhodiola,aiming to provide reference for the application of Rhodiola in the healthy breeding of livestock and poultry.
