摘  要:线粒体DNA(mtDNA)拷贝数可以体现线粒体功能,作为线粒体功能的生物标志物与多种疾病相关。目前对mtDNA拷贝数与女性不孕症相关性的研究表明卵母细胞及胚胎细胞mtDNA拷贝数与胚胎质量相关,同时颗粒细胞mtDNA拷贝数也可提示卵母细胞质量。探讨外周血mtDNA拷贝数与女性不孕症的关联逐渐成为研究热点。本文综述mtDNA拷贝数的影响因素及其与女性不孕症的关联,为进一步研究mtDNA拷贝数对女性不孕症的影响提供新的研究方向。Mitochondrial DNA(mtDNA)copy numbers can reflect mitochondrial function.As a biomarker of mitochondrial function,it has been associated with a variety of diseases.The current study of the correlation between mtDNA copy number and female infertility has shown that oocyte and embryo mtDNA copy number are related to embryo quality.At the same time,the copy number of granule cell mtDNA can also indicate oocyte mass.Exploring the association of peripheral blood mtDNA copy number with female infertility has gradually become a research hotspot.In this review,the influencing factors of mtDNA copy number and its association with female infertility provide a new research direction for further research on the effect of mtDNA copy number on female infertility.
