费孝通先生对人文社会科学博士后教育的贡献

摘　　要：中国博士后制度的设立,是1984年5月,当年,由著名的物理学家李政道先生向邓小平同志建议的。最初中国的博士后制度,主要是针对理工科领域的。1987年,在费孝通先生的建议下,北大开始进行社会学流动站试点,北京大学社会学人类学研究所博士后流动站,曾经是人文社会学科中最早建立的博士后流动站。1985年,费孝通先生辞去了中国社会科学院社会学所所长的职务,到北京大学建立社会学研究所,其主要目的,就是希望来到北京大学自己能专心做研究和承担教学工作,并想继承抗战时期的魁阁精神,亲自带头指导年轻的学生和研究人员开展实地调查的社区研究。由于北京大学社会学人类学博士后流动站建立的比较早,它曾经是人文社会学科中唯一的流动站。费孝通先生认为,从问题出发,需要跨学科的知识和研究方法,社会学博士后流动站的发展,得益于其他学科人才的支援,在跨学科研究方面发挥了很好的作用。由费孝通先生倡导,在人文社会科学设立博士后流动站,在中国博士后制度史上有着非常重要的意义。The establishment of the postdoctoral system in China was proposed to Comrade Deng Xiaoping by the famous physicist Mr.Li Zhengdao in May 1984.At first,the postdoctoral system in China was mainly aimed at the field of science and engineering.In 1987,at the suggestion of Mr.Fei Xiaotong,Peking University began to carry out the pilot project of postdoctoral mobile station in the Institute of Sociology,and it was once the earliest established postdoctoral mobile station in the field of humanities and social sciences.In 1985,Mr.Fei Xiaotong resigned as the director of the Institute of Sociology of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and went to Peking University to establish the Institute of Sociology.His hope was to concentrate on research and teaching in Peking University,as well as to inherit the spirit of Kuige during the The Anti-Japanese War of Resistance,that is,to take the lead in guiding young students and researchers to carry out community research in field surveys.Since the postdoctoral mobile station of the Institute of Sociology and Anthropology of Peking University was established earlier,it was once the only mobile station in the humanities and social sciences.Mr.Fei Xiaotong believes that,starting from the problem,interdisciplinary knowledge and research methods are needed.The development of the sociological postdoctoral mobile station,thanks to the support of talents from other disciplines,has played a very good role in interdisciplinary research.Initiated by Mr.Fei Xiaotong,the establishment of a postdoctoral mobile station in the humanities and social sciences is of great significance in the history of China's postdoctoral system.
