摘　　要：邻椎病是腰椎术后的一种常见的中远期并发症,其发生可严重影响腰椎手术的疗效,因而邻椎病也越来越被更多临床医师所关注,为了减少本疾病对腰椎术后患者疗效的影响,分析腰椎手术与邻椎病之间的关系就显得尤为重要。本文就对部分腰椎手术与邻椎病的发生的相关性进行论述,这不仅有助于认识邻椎病的部分发病机制,也能为临床如何预防腰椎术后邻椎病的发生提供更多证据和参考。Adjacent segment disease is a common long-term complication after lumbar surgery,and its occurrence can seriously affect the efficacy of lumbar surgery,so adjacent segment disease has been more and more clinical attention,in order to reduce the effect of this disease on the efficacy of patients after lumbar surgery,it is particularly important to clarify the relationship between lumbar surgery and adjacent segment disease.This article discusses the correlation between partial lumbar surgery and the occurrence of adjacent segment disease,which not only helps us to understand the partial pathogenesis of adjacent segment disease,but also provides more evidence and reference for clinical prevention of adjacent segment disease after lumbar surgery.
