摘　　要：立德树人是高校立身之本。新时代,为加强和改进高校思想政治理论工作,扎实推进思想政治理论教学,真实掌握“00后”大学生的思想现状和发展状况十分必要。以重庆电力高等专科学校大一新生为调查对象,对“00后”大学生的思想政治与价值观念、专业学习与素质拓展、择业就业与创新创业、心理素质与情感观念、网络发展与文化观念,以及班级管理与学校建设6个层面进行了探索研究,深入剖析了“00后”大学生群体的思想认识及变化趋势,并关注问题及成因,为进一步加强和改进“00后”大学生思想政治教育提供着力点。Morality education is the foundation of colleges and universities.In the new era,in order to strengthen and improve the work of ideological and political theories in colleges and universities as well as promoting the teaching of ideological and political theories,it is necessary to truly grasp“post-00s”college students’ideological state and state of development.Taking freshmen in Chongqing electric power college as an example,this paper explores and studies the following six aspects:their ideological and political concepts and values,specialized learning and quality development,choices of occupations and employment and innovation and entrepreneurship,psychological quality and emotional concepts,network development and cultural concepts,and the class management and school construction.In addition,it deeply analyzes their ideological understanding and changing trend as well as paying attention to the problems and causes,to provide key points for further strengthening and improving their ideological and political education.
