摘　　要：近年来,大学生志愿者出色完成了扶贫济困、环境治理、政策宣讲等各项志愿服务活动,展示了志愿者的靓丽风采,也推动了志愿事业的蓬勃发展。但大学生志愿者权益保障依然不够完善,法律法规、政策支持、培训保障均存在不同程度的缺失,社会认知盲区仍旧存在,组织管理松散时有发生。本文通过对大学生志愿服务权益保障的困境进行分析,厘清了影响大学生权益保障落实的关键因素,从法律体系、监督机制、组织管理和保障意识4个维度入手,提出构建与完善大学生志愿者权益保障的相应对策。In recent years,college student volunteers’outstanding completion of poverty alleviation,environmental governance,policy propaganda and other voluntary service activities not only show their beautiful demeanour but also promote the vigorous development of the volunteer cause.However,the guarantee of their rights and interests is still not perfect.There are deficiencies in laws and regulations,the policy support and the guarantee of training to different degrees.Social cognitive blind areas still exist and loose organization and management occur from time to time.This paper analyzes the predicament of the guarantee of the rights and interests of college students’voluntary service,clarifies the key factors affecting its implementation,and proposes corresponding solutions to the construction and perfection of the guarantee in the aspects of the legal system,the supervision mechanism,the organization and management and the guarantee consciousness.
