黑龙江省普通高校本科毕业生就业城市选择影响因素分析

摘　　要：对黑龙江省普通高校本科毕业生就业城市选择影响因素进行分析,能拓宽本科毕业生就业城市选择的研究视角,为高校就业教育和城市人才工作提供参考。采用扎根理论的研究方法,通过访谈13名参与者进行研究数据收集,并使用NVIVO软件对之进行分析、编码、形成理论模型。结果显示:城市特质、生活保障、工作条件三方面是影响毕业生就业城市选择的因素,其中工作条件是影响毕业生就业城市选择的最主要因素。最后,从政府层面给出了城市吸引本科毕业生就业和和学校层面引导本科毕业生恰当选择就业城市的建议。The analysis of the factors influencing the city selection of undergraduate graduates'employment in Heilongjiang Province can broaden the research perspective of the city selection of undergraduate graduates'employment,and provide reference for university employment education and urban talent work.Based on grounded theory,13 participants were interviewed to collect research data,and NVIVO software was used to analyze,encode and form a theoretical model.The results show that city characteristics,living security and working conditions are the three factors that affect graduates'choice of employment city and the working conditions in it is the most important factors affecting graduates'choice of employment city.Finally,from the government level,it gives the city to attract undergraduate graduates employment and the university level to guide undergraduate graduates to choose suitable employment city suggestions.
