摘  要:选用绿色环保的N-(2-羟乙基)丙烯酰胺取代丙烯酰胺作为单体,以N-N'亚甲基双丙烯酰胺作为交联剂、过硫酸铵作为引发剂制备压力传递阻隔剂,考察温度、单体浓度、交联剂浓度和引发剂浓度等条件对压力传递阻隔剂交联时间的影响。结果表明:提高温度、单体浓度、交联剂用量、引发剂用量都会缩短压力传递阻隔剂的交联时间,其最佳值分别为80℃、100 mg/mL单体、25.0 mg交联剂和1.2 mg引发剂。In this paper,the environment-friendly N-(2-hydroxyethyl)acrylamide was selected as the monomer,and N-N'-methylenebisacrylamide,ammonium persulfate were used as the cross-linking agent and inhibitor,respectively for preparing pressure transmission blocking fluid.The effects of temperature,monomer content,cross-linking agent content,and initiator content on the cross-linking time of pressure transmission blocking fluid were investigated.The results indicated that the increase of temperature,monomer content,cross-linking agent content and initiator content would reduce the cross-linking time of pressure transmission blocking fluid,the optimal value was 80℃,100 mg/mL monomer,25.0 mg crosslinking agent and 1.2 mg initiafor.
