摘 要:对聚乳酸(PLA)、聚对苯二甲酸/己二酸/丁二醇酯(PBAT)、聚丁二酸丁二酯(PBS)、聚己二酸丁二醇酯(PBA)、聚碳酸丁二醇酯(PBC)、聚碳酸亚丙酯(PPC)、聚己内酯(PCL)、聚乙交酯(PGA)等8种常见的生物降解塑料进行了红外光谱(FTIR)和差示扫描量热(DSC)测试。结果表明,8种塑料表现出不同的红外特征吸收峰,且具有不同的热力学性质,表现为玻璃化转变温度和熔点的差异。将红外光谱法与差示扫描量热法相结合,成功地对市场上的2种以PBAT为主的生物降解塑料制品的主材成分进行了鉴别。该方法具有简便、高效、准确度高的优点,将为完善生物降解塑料的快速检测标准体系提供技术支撑。Eight kinds of samples were analyzed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)including polylactic acid(PLA)、polyterephthalic acid/adipate/butanediol ester(PBAT)、polybutyl succinate(PBS)、polybutylene adipate(PBA)、polybutanediol carbonate(PBC)、polypropyl carbonate(PPC)、polycaprolactone(PCL)and polyglycollide(PGA).The results show that all these eight materials have their own infrared characteristic peaks and different thermodynamic properties,which are reflected by the difference of glass transition temperature and melting point.The main components of two kinds of biodegradable plastic products on the market are successfully identified by combining FTIR with DSC.This method has the advantages of simplicity,high efficiency and high accuracy,which could provide technical support for improving the rapid detection standard system of biodegradable plastics.
