摘 要:将苯乙烯-乙烯/丁烯-苯乙烯共聚物(SEBS)用于乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)的超临界发泡工艺中,改善了EVA发泡材料变形大、耐磨性差、不防滑等缺点。在发泡过程中,通过将样品放置在发泡釜内的不同位置时,研究其对发泡鞋材密度、泡孔数量的影响。结果表明,样品放置在发泡釜上、中、下层发泡的鞋材密度分别为(0.22±0.004)、(0.207±0.01)和(0.28±0.01)g/cm^(3),在中间层时,得到的鞋材密度最小,泡孔数量最多。此外,还研究了EVA中不同VA含量、双叔丁基过氧异丙基苯(BIPB)添加量、硫化时间、发泡温度、保压时间以及通入的氮气压力对发泡鞋材力学性能的影响。值得注意的是,当VA含量为26%,BIPB添加0.39份,硫化时间为360 s,发泡温度为110℃,保压时间为40 min,氮气压力为16 MPa时,发泡鞋材的硬度、弹性和柔韧性最优,其中硬度范围在48,断裂伸长率范围为341.65%,拉伸强度为3.33 MPa,发泡倍率为1.69倍;而保压时间和通入的氮气压力则对力学性能的影响较小。Styrene-ethylene/butene-styrene copolymer(SEBS)was used in the supercritical foaming process of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer(EVA)to improve the disadvantages of EVA foams,such as,large deformation,poor abrasion resistance and non-slip.During the foaming process,the effect on the density and number of bubble holes of the foamed shoe material was investigated by placing the samples in different layers inside the foaming kettle.The results show that the densities of the shoe material placed on the top,middle and under layers of the foam kettle are(0.22±0.004),(0.207±0.01)and(0.28±0.01)g/cm^(3),respectively.In the middle layer,the resulting shoe material density is the smallest,and the number of cells is the largest.In addition,the effects of different VA contents in EVA,the addition of bis-(1-(tert-butylperoxy)-1-methylethyl)-benzene(BIPB),vulcanization time,foaming temperature,holding time and incoming nitrogen pressure on the mechanical properties of foamed shoe materials are also studied.It is worth noting when the VA content is 26%,BIPB is added 0.39 parts,the vulcanization time is 360 s,the foaming temperature is 110℃,the holding pressure time is 40 min,and the nitrogen pressure is 16 MPa.The hardness,elasticity and flexibility of the foamed shoe material are the best,among which the hardness range is 48,the elongation at break range is 341.65%,the tensile strength is 3.33 MPa,and the foaming ratio is 1.69.While the holding time and the incoming nitrogen pressure have little influence on the mechanical properties.
