摘　　要：介绍了DZ125镍基合金表面热防护涂层的最新研究进展,主要包括扩散涂层、物理气相沉积涂层、喷涂涂层和激光熔覆涂层技术。综述了近年发展的不同热防护涂层的制备方法、高温防护机理及失效机制,展望了DZ125合金表面热防护涂层的发展趋势和应用前景。The latest research progress of thermal protective coating on DZ125 nickel-based alloy was introduced,including diffusion coating,physical vapor deposition coating,spraying coating and laser fusion coating technology.The preparation methods,high temperature protection mechanism and failure mechanism of different thermal protective coatings developed in recent years were reviewed.The development trend and application prospect of the thermal protective coating on the surface of DZ125 alloy were discussed.
