摘  要:针对电化学光整加工过程中工件的加工质量稳定性较差的问题,为提高工件的加工质量,主要以工件的表面微观几何形貌为研究对象,通过COMSOL Multiphysics仿真软件,建立了多物理场仿真模型。分别研究工件在不同加工状态下,工件的表面介观形貌变化、电流场和流场的分布特性和规律,并对加工机理的影响进行了分析。然后借助两相流-水平集法,建立气液两相流模型,分析了气泡的形成和变化过程对流场速度分布的影响。结果表明:电流的分布与工件的表面介观几何结构具有相关性,其分布的特点可提高工件的加工质量;阳极表面尖峰附近的空腔形成的漩涡有利于改善流场的缺液现象,同时在一定程度上对钝化膜进行了水力加工;气泡的变化会影响周围电解液的流速分布,造成流场速度不均。通过研究多物理场对电化学光整加工的影响机理,分析各个场的基本特性进而提高光整加工过程中工件的加工质量稳定性。Aiming at the problem of poor processing quality stability of workpieces during the electrochemical finishing,in order to improve the processing quality of the workpiece,the surface micro-geometry of the workpiece was taken as the research object,and the simulation model was established through the COMSOL Multiphysics simulation software.The changes in the surface mesoscopic morphology of the workpiece,the distribution characteristics and laws of the current field and the flow field of the workpiece under different processing conditions were studied respectively,and the influence of the processing mechanism was analyzed.Then,with the help of two-phase flow-phase field method,a gas-liquid two-phase flow model was established,and the influence of bubble formation and change process on the velocity distribution of the flow field was analyzed.The results show that the distribution of current is related to the mesoscopic geometric structure of the workpiece surface,and its distribution characteristics can improve the processing quality of the workpiece;the vortex formed by the cavity near the peak of the anode surface is beneficial to improve the lack of fluid in the flow field.To a certain extent,the passivation film has been hydraulically processed;the change of bubbles affects the flow velocity distribution of the surrounding electrolyte,resulting in uneven flow field velocity.By studying the influence mechanism of multi-physical fields on electrochemical finishing,the basic characteristics of each field are analyzed to improve the stability of the processing quality of the workpiece during the finishing process.
