摘 要:阐述W-ElementRLGC矩阵的板级高速互连线实用建模方法,利用W-ElementRLGC矩阵与频率无关的特点,减少仿真时间,在设计板级传输线结构时,充分考虑实际布线时场景以及实际应用中PCB板材的规格。在误差率5%的精度范围内,该模型可以替代传统的Hspice软件,输入板级高速互连线结构特征预测W-Element RLGC矩阵,通过相关的公式评估该模型信号完整性性能。This paper expounds a practical modeling method of board-level high-speed interconnection based on W-Element RLGC matrix, which uses the characteristics of W-Element RLGC matrix and frequency-independent, the simulation time is reduced, on the other hand, the design of board-level transmission line The physical structure, the scene of the wiring and the specifications of the PCB board in the actual application are fully considered. Within the accuracy range of 5% error rate,the model can replace the traditional Hspice software, input the physical characteristics of the boardlevel high-speed interconnect line to predict the W-Element RLGC matrix, and evaluate the signal integrity performance of the model through related formulas.
