摘　　要：阐述多功能绝缘操作杆及其配套装置,包括绝缘操作杆、全角度的接地线挂拆工具、带电清理杂物工具、验电器的设计,探讨案例应用的实践。This paper describes the design of multifunctional insulated operating rod and its supporting devices, including insulated operating rod, all-angle grounding wire hanging and dismantling tool, live debris cleaning tool, electroscope, and discusses the practice of case application.
