补肾疏肝方对卵巢储备功能下降患者血清AMH影响的临床研究

摘　　要：目的分析补肾疏肝方对卵巢储备功能下降患者血清AMH影响。方法选取60例卵巢储备功能下降患者,采用单双号法分为研究组和对照组,每组30例。对照组采用雌孕激素人工周期治疗,研究组采用补肾疏肝方治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后的血清基础卵泡刺激素(FSH)、雌二醇(E2)、抗苗勒管激素(AMH)水平、中医证候积分及临床疗效。结果治疗后,两组患者FSH、E2、AMH水平均高于治疗前,且研究组患者的FSH、E2、AMH水平均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组中医证候积分均明显低于治疗前,且研究组中医证候积分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者的治疗总有效率为96.67%,明显高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论补肾疏肝方治疗卵巢储备功能下降的效果显著,且能有效改善患者血清AMH水平,值得推广应用。Objective To analyze the effect of Bushen shugan recipe on serum AMH in patients with decreased ovarian reserve function.Methods 60 patients with decreased ovarian reserve function were selected and divided into research group and the control group by s ingle and double number method,30 cas es in each group.The control group w as treated with estrogen and progesterone artificial cycle therapy,and the research group was treated with Bushen shugan decoction.The serum levels of basal follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),estradiol(E2),anti-Mullerian hormone(AMH)levels,TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the levels of FSH,E2,AMH in both groups were higher than those before treatment,and the levels of FSH,E2,and AMH in the research group were significantly higher than those in the control group.the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores in both groups were significantly lower than before treatment,and the TCM syndrome scores in the research group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the research group was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than 80.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Bushen shugan recipe has a significant effect on the decline of ovarian reserve function,and can effectively improve the serum AMH level of patients,which is worthy of promotion and application.
