耳穴压豆联合补肾化痰胶囊及吡格列酮二甲双胍治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的观察耳穴压豆联合补肾化痰胶囊及吡格列酮二甲双胍治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床疗效。方法选取60例多囊卵巢综合征(肾虚痰湿型)患者,按照随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,每组30例。试验组采用耳穴压豆合补肾化痰胶囊及吡格列酮二甲双胍治疗,对照组采用二甲双胍治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后的体质量指数、月经周期、B超监测卵泡个数、血清指标,评估其治疗效果。结果试验组治疗后体质量指数较治疗前下降,且试验组的体质量指数低于对照组,而月经周期长于治疗前,B超监测卵泡个数多于治疗前,且试验组的月经周期长于对照组,B超监测卵泡个数多于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者治疗后的各项血清指标均明显优于治疗前及对照组治疗后,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组治疗总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在多囊卵巢综合征患者的治疗中,以耳穴压豆联合补肾化痰胶囊及吡格列酮二甲双胍治疗,可改善体质量指数、月经周期、B超监测卵泡个数、血清指标,能够获得理想的治疗效果。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ear acupoint pressing beans combined with Bushen Huatan capsule and pioglitazone metformin in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods 60 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(kidney deficiency and phlegm dampness type)were selected,they were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the random number table method,30 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with ear point pressing bean combined with Bushen Huatan capsule and pioglitazone metformin,the control group was treated with metformin.The Body mass index(BMI),menstrual cycle,number of follicles monitored by B-ultrasound and serum indexes before and after treatment between the two groups were compared,and the treatment effect was evaluated.Results After treatment,the body mass index of the experimental group decreased compared to that before treatment,and the body mass index of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,while the menstrual cycle was longer than that before treatment,the number of follicles monitored by B-ultrasound was greater than that before treatment,and the menstrual cycle of the experimental group was longer than that of the control group,the number of follicles monitored by B-ultrasound was greater than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The serum indicators of the patients in the experimental group after treatment were significantly better than those before treatment and in the control group after treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 96.67%,which was higher than 73.33%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome,the combination of ear point pressing Dou and Bushen Huatan capsule and pioglitazone metformin can improve body mass index,menstrual cycle,number of follicles monitore
