复方岗松洗液联合氟康唑胶囊治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察复方岗松洗液联合氟康唑胶囊治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的临床效果。方法选取160例外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病患者,采用随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,各80例。对照组采用口服氟康唑胶囊治疗,研究组在对照组基础上采用复方岗松洗液治疗。比较两组临床疗效。结果研究组痊愈率和总有效率分别为88.75%、97.50%,均高于对照组的66.25%、82.50%(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后临床症状消失时间、假丝酵母菌消失时间分别为(6.92±1.37)d、(14.38±3.31)d,均短于对照组的(9.47±1.82)d和(16.17±3.72)d(P<0.05)。研究组结束后2个月和3个月复发率分别为2.82%、2.82%,均分别低于对照组的16.98%、18.87%(P<0.05)。结论复方岗松洗液联合氟康唑胶囊治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病相比单独氟康唑胶囊治疗,可提升治疗效果,缩短临床症状消失时间和假丝酵母菌消失时间,减少复发率,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of compound Gangsong lotion combined with Fluconazole capsule on vulvovaginal candidiasis.Methods 160 patients with vulvovaginal candida disease were selected and divided into study group and control group by random number table method,with 80 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oral fluconazole capsules,and the study group was treated with compound Gangsong lotion based on the control group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The recovery rate and total effective rate of the study group were 88.75%and 97.50%,respectively,which were higher than 66.25%and 82.50%of the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of clinical symptoms and candida in the study group after treatment were(6.92±1.37)d and(14.38±3.31)d,respectively,which were shorter than those in the control group(9.47±1.82)d and(16.17±3.72)d(P<0.05).The recurrence rates at 2 and 3 months after the end of the study group were 2.82%and 2.82%,respectively,lower than 16.98%and 18.87%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with Fluconazole capsules alone,compound Gangsong lotion combined with Fluconazole capsules in the treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis can improve the therapeutic effect,shorten the disappearance time of clinical symptoms and candidiasis,and reduce the recurrence rate,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
