阴道镜联合利普刀治疗宫颈病变的临床效果

摘　　要：目的观察阴道镜联合利普刀治疗宫颈病变的应用效果。方法选取120例宫颈病变患者,根据随机分配法分为对照组(60例,采用常规激光烧灼治疗)与研究组(60例,采用阴道镜联合利普刀治疗)。比较两组临床疗效。结果研究组术中出血量少于对照组,手术时间及住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组肿瘤标志物水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率95.00%高于对照组的83.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在宫颈病变中实施阴道镜联合利普刀治疗,有助于优化患者的手术指标,预防并发症发生,降低肿瘤标志物水平,临床治疗效果突出。Objective To observe the effect of colposcope combined with Lipknife in the treatment of cervical lesions.Methods 120 patients with cervical lesions were selected and divided into control group(60 cases,conventional laser cautery treatment)and study group(60 cases,colposcope combined with Lipknife treatment)according to random allocation method.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The intraoperative blood loss of the study group was less than that of the control group,and the operation time and hospital stay were shorter than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of tumor markers in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 95.00%higher than that of the control group 83.33%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Colposcopy combined with Lipknife therapy in the treatment of cervical lesions is helpful to optimize the surgical indicators of patients,prevent complications,reduce the level of tumor markers,and the clinical treatment effect of the disease is outstanding.
