摘 要:目的探究二维超声联合超微血流成像(SMI)对宫颈癌术前分期评估的价值。方法选取经宫颈活检或术后病理检查证实为宫颈癌的104例患者,均行二维超声及SMI检查。以病理结果为“金标准”,分析二维超声及二维超声联合SMI对宫颈癌术前分期评估的价值。结果二维超声检查准确率为81.7%,与术后病理检查结果表现的一致性一般较差(Kappa=0.75);二维超声联合SMI检查准确率为92.3%,与术后病理检查结果表现较好的一致性(Kappa=0.90)。结论二维超声联合SMI有助于提高宫颈癌术前分期诊断的准确率。Objective To explore the evaluation value of two-dimensional ultrasound combined with ultramicro blood flow imaging(SMI)in preoperative staging of cervical cancer.Methods 104 patients with cervical cancer confirmed by cervical biopsy or postoperative pathology were examined by two-dimensional ultrasound and superb microvascular imaging.Using pathological results as the“gold standard”,the evaluation value of two-dimensional ultrasound and two-dimensional ultrasound combined with SMI in preoperative staging of cervical cancer were analyzed.Results The accuracy rate of two-dimensional ultrasound was 81.7%,which was generally poor consistent with the results of postoperative pathology(Kappa value was 0.75).The accuracy rate of two-dimensional ultrasound combined with SMI was 92.3%,which was in good agreement with the results of postoperative pathology(Kappa value was 0.90).Conclusion Two dimensional ultrasound combined with SMI is helpful to improve the accuracy of preoperative staging diagnosis of cervical cancer.
