摘　　要：目的探究EENC对妊娠期糖尿病产妇分娩新生儿血糖的影响。方法选取60例妊娠期糖尿病产妇分娩的新生儿为研究对象,根据信封法分成两组,每组30例。对照组实施产后常规护理+新生儿常规护理,试验组在对照组基础上联合母婴皮肤完全接触干预。对比两组新生儿出生后各时间点末梢血微量血糖和体温值及新生儿低血糖发生率。结果试验组新生儿出生后30 min、3 h、6 h末梢血微量血糖值较对照组更高(P<0.05)。试验组新生儿出生后30 min、3 h、6 h体温水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组新生儿低血糖发生率3.33%低于对照组的20.00%(P<0.05)。试验组新生儿临界低血糖发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论EENC可以维持足月新生儿血糖水平,避免妊娠期糖尿病产妇分娩的新生儿出现低血糖现象,保证母婴健康。Objective To explore the effect of EENC on neonatal blood glucose in pregnant women with gestational diabetes.Methods 60 newborns with gestational diabetes mellitus were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups according to the envelope method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received postpartum routine nursing+neonatal routine nursing,and the experimental group combined with maternal and infant skin contact intervention based on the control group.Peripheral blood trace blood glucose and body temperature and the incidence of neonatal hypoglycemia were compared between the two groups at each time point after birth.Results Compared with control group,the peripheral blood microglucose level in experimental group was higher at 30 min,3 h and 6 h after birth(P<0.05).The average body warm water of experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group at 30 min,3 h and 6 h after birth(P<0.05).The incidence of hypoglycemia in neonates in experimental group was 3.33%lower than that in control group 20.00%(P<0.05).The incidence of critical hypoglycemia in experimental group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion EENC can maintain the blood sugar level of full-term newborns,avoid hypoglycemia in newborns delivered by women with gestational diabetes,and ensure the health of mothers and infants.
