全面护理干预对滴虫性阴道炎患者负性情绪及生活质量的影响分析

摘　　要：目的分析全面护理干预对滴虫性阴道炎患者负性情绪及生活质量的影响。方法选取52例滴虫性阴道炎患者,根据抽签法将其分为对照组与观察组,各26例。对照组开展常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上开展全面护理干预。比较两组护理效果。结果护理前,两组焦虑、抑郁评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组焦虑、抑郁评分显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组生活质量评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组生活质量评分明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组复发率3.85%明显低于对照组的23.08%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度96.15%明显高于对照组的76.92%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论滴虫性阴道炎实施全面护理干预可以显著提升患者的生活质量和护理满意度,改善负性情绪,降低复发率,值得推广。Objective To analyze the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on negative emotions and quality of life in patients with trichomoniasis vaginitis.Methods 52 patients with trichomoniasis vaginitis were selected and divided into control group and observation group,26 cases in each group.The control group carried out routine nursing,and the observation group carried out comprehensive nursing intervention based on the control group.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in anxiety and depression scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,anxiety and depression scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in quality of life scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,life quality score of observation group was significantly higher than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of 3.85%in the observation group was significantly lower than 23.08%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.15%higher than that of the control group 76.92%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention for trichomoniasis vaginitis can significantly improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients,improve negative emotions,reduce the recurrence rate,worth promoting.
