摘　　要：糖尿病肾脏疾病(diabetic kidney disease,DKD)是糖尿病严重的并发症之一,脂肪酸代谢紊乱是DKD发生发展的重要机制,且与能量代谢异常、胰岛素抵抗、免疫炎症、肠道菌群失调等病理机制密切相关。文章查阅了近5年DKD脂肪酸代谢紊乱相关病理机制及其治疗的文献并予以整理,以期为DKD进一步深入研究提供参考。Diabetic kidney disease(DKD)is one of the serious complications of diabetes.Fatty acid metabolism disorder is an important mechanism for the occurrence and development of DKD,and it is related to pathological changes such as abnormal energy metabolism,insulin resistance,immune inflammation,and intestinal flora imbalance.mechanisms are closely related.In this paper,the literature on the pathological mechanism and treatment of DKD fatty acid metabolism disorder in the past 5 years was reviewed and sorted out,in order to provide a reference for further in-depth research on DKD.
