摘　　要：关于行经期的针灸治疗诸家讨论较少,文章对于行经期行针灸治疗的相关问题进行讨论。认为行经期针灸治疗与否需要依照患者病情决定。如患者平素月经不调、疾病与月经相互影响或急症恰逢月经,可在行经期进行针灸治疗。并提出在行经期进行针灸治疗需要注意治疗前辨清患者体质、了解患者孕求,选择合适治法、穴位、轻柔操作,并且因人制宜,关注患者感受以调节刺激量。There are few discussions about acupuncture and moxibustion during menstruation.This paper discusses the related issues of acupuncture and moxibustion during menstruation.It is believed that whether to perform menstrual acupuncture treatment should be decided according to the patient’s condition.If the patient usually has irregular menstruation,the disease and menstruation interact,or the emergency coincides with menstruation,acupuncture and moxibustion can be performed during menstruation.It is also pointed out that acupuncture treatment during menstruation should pay attention to distinguishing the patient’s constitution,understanding the patient’s pregnancy needs before treatment,choosing appropriate treatment methods,acupoints,and gentle operation,and adjusting the stimulation amount according to individual conditions and paying attention to the patient’s feelings.
