摘　　要：脉络学说是中医学的重要内容。文章以脉络学说为指导,基于吴以岭教授提出的“孙络-微血管”理论,主要探讨子宫内膜容受性低(low endometrial receptivity,LER)的形成及其治疗。首先,文章概述了“孙络-微血管”理论,进而探讨“孙络-微血管”病变与LER的相关性,并从“孙络-微血管”角度探讨LER的发生发展规律。最后,文章系统阐述了全国名中医尤昭玲教授自拟方调膜六花饮对LER的诊治指导,为LER的中医治疗提供了一种崭新思路与方法。The theory of context is an important part of Chinese medicine.Guided by the theory of contextuality,this paper discusses the formation and treatment of low endometrial receptivity from the perspective of the theory of"Sun Luo-Microvascular"proposed by Professor Wu Yiling.Firstly,this paper summarizes the theory of"Sun Luo-Microvascular",then discusses the correlation between"Sun Luo-microvascular"lesions and low endometrial receptivity,and discusses the occurrence and development of low endometrial receptivity from the perspective of"Sun Luo-microvascular".Finally,this paper systematically expounds the diagnosis and treatment guidance of Professor You Zhaoling's self-formulated prescription six-flowered prescription,which provides a new idea and method for the TCM treatment of low endometrial receptivity.
