基于“治未病”思想从“因虚、积冷、结气”角度探讨早发性卵巢功能不全的防治

摘　　要：现代医学认为早发性卵巢功能不全作为卵巢早衰的过渡阶段,其卵巢功能的损害具有不可逆性,常规西医疗法如激素补充和辅助生殖等技术的运用具有较大的临床局限性。中医学中的“治未病”思想强调疾病早期预防的重要性,早发性卵巢功能不全若做到早期预防、早期干预治疗,可显著降低其发病率,并可延缓卵巢功能的衰竭,提高患者的生活质量。文章从“因虚、积冷、结气”角度探讨早发性卵巢功能不全的病因病机,并结合中医学“治未病”理论思考如何预防和治疗该病,以期为防治该病提供新的思路与方法,发挥中医药防治早发性卵巢功能不全的优势。Modern medicine believes that premature ovarian insufficiency is a transitional stage of premature ovarian failure,and its ovarian function damage is irreversible.The application of conventional western medicine,such as hormone supplementation and assisted reproduction,has relatively large clinical limitations.The idea of“preventive treatment”in traditional Chinese medicine emphasizes the importance of early prevention of diseases.Early prevention and early intervention treatment of premature ovarian insufficiency can significantly reduce its incidence,delay ovarian failure,and improve patient’s quality of life.This article discusses the etiology and pathogenesis of premature ovarian insufficiency from the perspective of“deficiency,cold accumulation,and Qi stagnation”,and combines the theory of“preventive treatment”of traditional Chinese medicine to think about how to prevent and treat this disease,in order to provide new information for the prevention and treatment of this disease.The idea and method of using traditional Chinese medicine to take advantage of the prevention and treatment of premature ovarian insufficiency.
