有颈动脉斑块的体检人群中医体质分布规律与危险因素分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨有颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的体检人群中医体质分布特点及颈动脉斑块形成的危险因素。方法:将入选的189例符合纳入标准的目标人群进行资料收集与统计学分析,探讨颈动脉粥样硬化斑块中医体质分布特点与斑块形成有无关系,并进行相关危险因素分析。结果:颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的体检人群中湿热质最多,占总数的38.14%;其次为湿热瘀血质,占总数的16.95%;通过多因素分析发现年龄、中风家族史、湿热瘀血质和气虚湿热质与颈动脉斑块存在着相关性。结论:年龄、中风家族史、湿热瘀血质和气虚湿热质是颈动脉斑块发生的危险因素。Objective:To explore the physical distribution characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and the risk factors of carotid atherosclerotic plaque in people with carotid atherosclerotic plaque.Methods:The data of 189 target people who met the inclusion criteria were collected and statistically analyzed to explore the TCM physique distribution characteristics of carotid atherosclerotic plaque and whether it was related to plaque formation,and the related risk factors were analyzed.Results:In the physical examination of carotid atherosclerotic plaque,damp-heat was the most,accounting for 38.14%of the total,followed by damp-heat and blood stasis,accounting for 16.95%of the total.through multivariate analysis,it was found that age,family history of stroke,damp-heat and blood stasis and qi deficiency and damp-heat were correlated with CP.Conclusion:Age,family history of stroke,damp-heat and blood stasis and qi deficiency and damp-heat are the risk factors of CP.
