摘　　要：目的:对比调神通窍针刺法与普通针刺法治疗突发性耳聋的临床疗效。方法:回顾2020年1月1日—2020年9月30日安徽中医药大学第一附属医院耳鼻喉科出院的突发性耳聋患者的临床资料。并根据患者入院时选择的针灸方法,分为调神通窍针刺法组(观察组)与普通针刺法组(对照组),通过对比2组患者治疗前后的平均听阈值以及平均听阈差值,来分析2组疗效。结果 治疗后调神通窍针刺法组与普通针刺法组的平均听阈值较治疗前均有提高(P<0.05),2组间比较,调神通窍针刺法组出入院平均听阈差值明显>普通针刺法组(P<0.05)。调神通窍针刺法组总有效率80.00%,普通针刺法组总有效率62.5%(P<0.05)。结论:调神通窍针刺法可用于治疗突发性耳聋,且疗效更显著,值得临床推广。Objective:To compare the clinical efficacy of Tiaoshen Tongqiao acupuncture and common acupuncture in treating sudden deafness.Methods:The clinical data of patients with sudden deafness who were discharged from the Otolaryngology Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 1,2020 to September 30,2020 were reviewed.And according to the acupuncture method selected by the patients when they were admitted to the hospital,they were divided into the Shentong Tongqiao acupuncture group(observation group)and the ordinary acupuncture group(control group).,to analyze the efficacy of the two groups.Results After treatment,the average auditory thresholds of the Tiaoshen Tongqiao acupuncture group and the common acupuncture group were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05).Compared between the two groups,the average hearing threshold difference between admission and discharge in the Tiaoshen Tongqiao acupuncture group Significantly higher than that of the ordinary acupuncture group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of Tiaoshen Tongqiao acupuncture group was 80.00%,and that of ordinary acupuncture group was 62.5%(P<0.05).Conclusion Tiaoshen Tongqiao acupuncture can be used to treat sudden deafness,and the curative effect is more significant,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
