真武汤合苓桂术甘汤加味治疗慢性心力衰竭临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察真武汤合苓桂术甘汤加减方对慢性心力衰竭(心肾阳虚型)患者临床疗效。方法:将符合标准的慢性心力衰竭(心肾阳虚型)患者通过随机分组分为治疗组30例和对照组30例,对照组给予西药常规抗心衰治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予真武汤合苓桂术甘汤加减方,治疗时间为8周。比较2组患者治疗后的NYHA心功能分级变化、左心室射血分数(left ventricular ejection fraction,LVEF)及脑钠肽(brain natriuretic peptide,BNP)。结果:对照组心功能有效率为60.00%,治疗组心功能有效率为86.67%,2组患者有效率比具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组患者治疗后LVEF高于本组治疗前、而BNP数值低于本组治疗前,有统计学意义(P<0.05);且与对照组相比,治疗组BNP下降幅度高于对照组(P<0.05)、LVEF提升数值大于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 真武汤合苓桂术甘汤治疗慢性心力衰竭(心肾阳虚型)临床疗效显著,可明显改善患者心功能和心肌损伤,该方值得在临床上推广。Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of modified Zhenwu decoction and Linggui Zhugan decoction on patients with chronic heart failure(heart-kidney yang deficiency type).Methods:Patients with chronic heart failure(heart-kidney yang deficiency type)meeting the criteria were randomly divided into a treatment group of 30 cases and a control group of 30 cases.Modified Zhenwu decoction and Linggui Zhugan decoction,the treatment time is 8 weeks.The changes of NYHA cardiac function classification,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results:The effective rate of heart function in the control group was 60.00%,and the effective rate of heart function in the treatment group was 86.67%.The effective rate ratio between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,LVEF in the two groups was higher than that before treatment in this group,while BNP value was lower than that in this group,which was statistically significant(P<0.05),the LVEF increase value was greater than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Zhenwu decoction combined with Linggui Zhugan decoction has a significant clinical curative effect in the treatment of chronic heart failure(heart-kidney yang deficiency type),which can significantly improve the cardiac function and myocardial injury of the patients.This prescription is worthy of clinical promotion.
