中医治疗成人咳嗽变异性哮喘临床研究进展

摘　　要：咳嗽变异性哮喘是临床常见的一种以慢性咳嗽为临床表现的特殊类型哮喘,常呈慢性病程,且反复发作,严重影响患者身心健康。中医药对于咳嗽变异性哮喘的病因病机与辨证用药治疗有深入的认识,在治疗方面具特色鲜明,手段多样,疗效突出,抗耐药,防复发等优势,逐渐成为该病临床治疗和基础研究的热点方向。文章通过系统总结近5年中医药治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的相关研究,并从理论渊源、病因病机、辨证治疗和其他特色疗法进行了进行了梳理,以期裨益于该病的临床治疗。Cough variant asthma is a common special type of asthma with chronic cough as the clinical manifestation.It often has a chronic course and recurrent attacks,seriously affecting the physical and mental health of patients.Traditional Chinese medicine has a deep understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of cough variant asthma and the treatment of syndrome differentiation and medication.It has distinctive characteristics in treatment,various methods,outstanding curative effect,resistance to drug resistance,and recurrence prevention.It has gradually become the basis for clinical treatment of this disease.This article systematically summarizes the relevant research on the treatment of cough variant asthma by traditional Chinese medicine in the past 5 years,and sorts out the theoretical origin,etiology and pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation and other characteristic treatments,in order to benefit the clinical treatment of the disease.
