摘　　要：澳洲茄边碱是从茄科植物中分离出来的,对多种肿瘤细胞均有显著抑制作用的小分子类固醇生物碱。由于其作用效果显著且具备绿色天然和不良反应低的特点,在结构上也具有明显优势,因而在临床各类癌症治疗方面有着巨大的应用价值和前景。本文对澳洲茄边碱在抗肿瘤中的应用进行了全面总结,期望为后续该产物的相关研究和进一步应用提供更多资料。Solamargine is a small steroid alkaloid isolated from solanaceae, which has significant inhibitory effect on a variety of cancer cells. Due to its remarkable effect, natural characteristics and low side effects, and obvious advantages in structure, it has great application value and prospect in clinical treatment of various types of cancer. In this review, the application of solamargine in cancer field was summarized comprehensively, in order to provide more information for the subsequent research and further application of solamargine.
