摘　　要：目的:总结2005-2020年国际药学服务实践研究的整体发展状况和学术影响力,为我国药学服务实践的发展提供参考。方法:检索Web of Science Core Collection(WoSCC)2005-2020年发表的药学服务实践性研究文献,运用Excel、Incites、Vosviewer及布拉德福期刊分散定律对药学服务实践性研究文献的发文量、国家/地区、机构、作者、期刊、引文和关键词进行文献计量学分析。结果:共获得11616篇文献,筛选后共3332篇论文纳入分析,其中中国学者发表151篇论文。该研究领域产量最高的国家、机构、作者分别为美国、US Department of Veterans Affairs和Bouvy ML,中国发文量排名第9,学术影响力低于全球平均水平。该领域发文最多的期刊为International Journal of Clinical Pharmacy,被引用次数最多的期刊为American Journal of Health-System Pharmacy。国际药学服务实践的主题和中国学者的研究关键词主要集中在药师干预价值、用药依从性、用药错误和药物不良事件。结论:2005-2020年间国际药学服务实践研究快速发展,美国、英国、荷兰等国家的机构、期刊、学者引领着国际药学服务实践发展。我国药学服务实践研究紧跟国际药学服务实践发展趋势,但学术影响力仍低于全球平均水平。OBJECTIVE To summarize the international developments and academic influence of pharmaceutical care practice during 2005 and 2020,so as to provide reference for the development of pharmaceutical care practice in China.METHODS Pharmaceutical care practice studies published from 2005 to 2020 were searched in the Web of Science Core Collection,and the analysis about countries,institutions,authors,journals,references and research keywords for pharmaceutical care practice studies was performed using Excel,Incites,Vosviewer and Bradford’s Law of Journal Dispersion.RESULTS A total of 11616 papers were obtained,and 3332 papers were included in the final set after screening based on the inclusion criteria,of which 151 papers were published by Chinese scholars.The most productive countries,institutions,and authors in this field were the United States,US Department of Veterans Affairs,and Bouvy ML,respectively.China ranked the ninth in terms of publications,however,its academic influence was lower than the global average.The journal with the most publications of this research area was the International Journal of Clinical Pharmacy,and the most cited journal was the American Journal of Health-System Pharmacy.The theme focus of international pharmaceutical care practice and Chinese scholars was mainly on the impact of pharmacist interventions,medication adherence,adverse drug events and medication errors.CONCLUSION International pharmaceutical care practice research has developed rapidly during 2005 and 2020.Institutions,journals and scholars in the United States,the United Kingdom and Netherlands have led the development of international pharmaceutical care practice.And China’s pharmaceutical care practice research has followed the development trend of international pharmaceutical care practice,while its academic influence is still lower than the global average.
