摘　　要：为助力海南自由贸易港建设和创一流营商环境提供坚实医疗服务保障,医院以制度集成创新为核心,以建设国家区域医疗中心为平台,加大人才引进力度,坚持党管人才,刚柔并济,吸引一批优秀人才,充实学科带头人、学科骨干队伍。改革创新运行管理机制,逐步取消行政级别,实行人员总量管理,自主招聘人才,自主开展职称评聘,创新特殊人才使用政策,实现人才兴院。To promote the construction of Hainan free trade port and provide a solid medical service guarantee for creating a first-class business environment,the hospital takes the institutional integration and innovation as the core and the construction of a national regional medical center as the platform to increase talent introduction efforts.It adheres to the Party's management of talents,combines hardness and softness,attracts a group of outstanding talents,and enriches the discipline leaders and backbone team.We will reform and innovate the operation and management mechanism,gradually cancel the administrative levels,implement the management of total personnel,independently recruit talents,independently carry out the evaluation and employment of professional titles,innovate the policy for using special talents,and achieve the rejuvenation of the hospital with talents.
