基于QCC的精细化护理模式在手术室腹腔镜下结直肠肿瘤切除术患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨基于品管圈活动(QCC)的精细化护理模式在手术室腹腔镜下结直肠肿瘤切除术患者中的应用效果。方法选取2019年10月至2021年12月陕西省肿瘤医院诊治的113例行腹腔镜下结直肠肿瘤切除术患者为研究对象,据随机单双数法将其分为对照组56例和研究组57例。对照组患者予以手术室常规护理模式,研究组患者予以手术室基于QCC的精细化护理模式。出院时,比较两组患者的手术相关指标、胃肠功能恢复情况、并发症状况及其对护理的满意度。结果研究组患者的手术时长、手术出血量、首次下床活动时间及出院时间分别为(2.57±0.27)h、(130.43±20.26)mL、(57.11±6.61)h、(8.81±1.13)d,明显短(少)于对照组的(3.45±0.33)h、(163.56±25.05)mL、(68.09±7.42)h、(12.24±1.44)d,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的首次排气时间、肠鸣恢复时间分别为(61.50±10.07)h、(35.56±5.12)h,明显短于对照组的(74.19±11.18)h、(46.49±6.67)h,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的并发症发生率为5.26%,明显低于对照组的23.21%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者对护理的满意度为94.74%,明显高于对照组的76.79%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于QCC的精细化护理模式应用于手术室腹腔镜下结直肠肿瘤切除术患者,能有效改善其手术相关指标,加快其胃肠功能的恢复,应用效果显著,且能减少并发症的发生,进一步提高患者对护理的满意度,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the application effect of quality control circle activity(QCC)-based refined nursing mode in patients undergoing laparoscopic colorectal tumor resection in operating room.Methods A total of 113 patients undergoing laparoscopic colorectal tumor resection in Shaanxi Provincial Cancer Hospital from October 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group(n=56)and a study group(n=57)according to the random odd-even method.The patients in the control group were given the routine nursing mode in the operating room,and the patients in the study group were given refined nursing model based on QCC in the operating room.At discharge,the operation-related indicators,gastrointestinal function recovery,complications,and satisfaction with nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The operative time,operative blood loss,first ambulation time,and discharge time of the patients in the study group were(2.57±0.27)h,(130.43±20.26)mL,(57.11±6.61)h,(8.81±1.13)d,which were significantly shorter(less)than(3.45±0.33)h,(163.56±25.05)mL,(68.09±7.42)h,(12.24±1.44)d in the control group(P<0.05).The first exhaust time and bowel sound recovery time in the study group were(61.50±10.07)h,(35.56±5.12)h,which were significantly shorter than(74.19±11.18)h,(46.49±6.67)h in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was 5.26%,which was significantly lower than 23.21%in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of patients in the study group was 94.74%,which was significantly higher than 76.79%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of refined nursing mode based on QCC in patients undergoing laparoscopic colorectal tumor resection in the operating room can effectively improve the surgical indicators and accelerate the recovery of gastrointestinal function with significant application effect.It can reduce the occurrence of complications,and further improve the patient's satisfaction with nursing,
