摘 要:文中以香橙香精为芯材,异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、乙二胺(EDA)、三乙醇胺(TEA)为反应单体,采用界面聚合法制备了IPDI-EDA线性壳体、IPDI-TEA网状壳体、IPDI-EDA-TEA复合网状壳体3种壳体香精微胶囊。对微胶囊表面形貌、化学结构、热稳定性、致密性及缓释性能进行研究。结果表明,线性壳体微胶囊颗粒之间粘连严重,两种网状壳体微胶囊颗粒之间无黏连,对芯材包覆性能提高。复合网状壳体具有更好的热稳定性,经其处理的织物香精释放更持久。通过Ritger-peppas动力学方程拟合发现,3种壳体微胶囊的扩散机制均为Fick扩散,其中复合网状壳体的动力学方程中R2最大,释放常数最小,微胶囊致密性和缓释性能更好。With orange essence as the core material,isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI),ethylene diamine(EDA)and triethanolamine(TEA)as the reaction monomer,three kinds of shell microcapsules,namely IPDI-EDA linear shell,IPDI-TEA cross-linked shell and IPDI-EDA-TEA composite cross-linked shell,were prepared by interfacial polymerization.The surface morphology,chemical structure,thermal stability,compactness and slow-release properties of the microcapsules were investigated.The results show that the adhesion between the particles of linear shell microcapsules is serious,and there is no adhesion between the particles of two kinds of cross-linked shell microcapsules,and the encapsulation performance to the core material is improved.The composite cross-linked shells have better thermal stability,and the textile processed by cross-linked shell microcapsule can release essence more persistently.Through fitting the Ritger-peppas kinetic equation,it is found that the diffusion mechanism of the three kinds of shell microcapsules is Fick diffusion,in which R2 is the largest in the kinetic equation of the composite cross-linked shell,the release constant A is the smallest,and the microcapsules has better compactness and slowrelease performance.
