摘 要:基于非溶剂诱导相分离法,制备MWCNTs-PU多孔导电膜,通过丝网印刷法在PVC柔性薄膜上制备银电极,通过热压法进行封装制成气囊,设计并制作了一种压力袜用气囊应力传感器,与服装压力舒适性测量系统结合可以测量压力袜对人体下肢的压力。并评估其实际可用性,将传感器放置在半径可调节的模型上对其线性度、精确度和重复性进行测试。结果表明,该传感器的测量压力与理论压力具有较强的线性相关性,且精确度较高,重复性好,对今后压力袜压力舒适性的评估具有一定指导意义。In this paper,the MNCNTs-PU porous conductive film was prepared based on the non-solvent induced phase separation method.The silver electrodes were prepared on the PVC flexible film by screen printing method.Finally,the airbag was packaged by hot pressing method.A kind of airbag pressure sensor for pressure socks was designed and produced,which combined with the clothing pressure comfort measurement system to measure the pressure of compression stockings on the lower limbs of the human body.In order to evaluate the actual usability,the sensor was placed on a model with adjustable radius to test its linearity,accuracy and repeatability.The results show that the measured pressure of the sensor has a strong linear correlation with the theoretical pressure with high accuracy and good repeatability,which has certain guiding significance for evaluating the pressure comfort of compressive socks in the future.
