摘　　要：区域协调发展是高质量发展的主要目标,绿色金融助力绿色低碳高质量发展,故本文从区域视角探讨绿色金融对经济高质量发展所发挥的作用。本文采用动态空间杜宾模型分析区域绿色金融的溢出效应,并分别讨论“政府引导型绿色金融”与“市场驱动型绿色金融”对高质量发展的支持效应。研究发现:(1)区域绿色金融既支持本地区经济高质量发展,又对周边地区产生良好的溢出效应。(2)“政府引导型绿色金融”与“市场驱动型绿色金融”均能促进经济高质量发展,总体来看,前者的支持效应更为显著。(3)东部地区以“市场驱动型绿色金融”为主、中西部地区以“政府引导型绿色金融”为主,对高质量发展起到支持效应。在此基础上,本文提出区域绿色金融支持高质量发展的政策建议。Coordinated development of regions is the main goal of high-quality development,and green finance has been promoted to boost low-carbon and high-quality development.To this end,this paper discusses the role of green finance on high-quality economic development from a regional perspective.We employ the dynamic spatial Durbin model to analyze the local effect and spatial spillover effect of regional green finance,and discuss the supporting effects of the“government-guided green finance”and“market-driven green finance”on high-quality development,respectively.The findings indicate that:(1)Regional green finance not only supports the high-quality economic development of the local area,but also has a good spillover effect on surrounding areas.(2)Both“government-guided green finance”and“market-driven green finance”can promote high-quality economic development,and on the whole,the supporting effect of the former is more significant.(3)The economically developed eastern region relies on the market-driven green finance to promote high-quality economic development,while the less developed midwestern region relies on the government-guided green finance to contribute to local and neighborhood high-quality economic growth.Based on these findings,this paper also proposes policy recommendations for regional green finance to support high-quality development.
