摘　　要：本文总结了器官移植受者耐药巨细胞病毒(cytomegalovirus,CMV)感染的诊治新进展,包括针对CMV感染的防治药物、耐药CMV的诊断、诊治策略及免疫学治疗策略,旨在为预防和治疗器官移植受者耐药CMV感染提供参考。This article summarizes the new progress in the diagnosis and treatment strategies on drug-resistant cytomegalovirus(CMV)infections in organ transplant recipients,including the prevention and treatment medications for CMV infection,the diagnosis and treatment strategies,and the immunological treatment regimen for drug-resistant CMV infection.The article is aimed to provide references for the prevention and treatment of drug-resistant CMV infection in organ transplant recipients.
